Why Use Them?
Besides making life a little easier, these mounts also serve to rid scans of newton rings, a common occurrence with unmounted polaroid scans. As the photo is pressed up against the scanner glass, it causes the different layers of the image to push up against one another and results in blurry, watery looking areas called newton rings.
These scanner mounts eliminate the risk of newton rings as they are recessed enough that the photo is not pressed up against the glass.
The mounts also help to scan your instant photos in a larger quantity whilst keeping them aligned.
Made from laser cut high impact polystyrene and engraved with compatible film type name. Your order will be sent in BLACK.
